Ariel has friends!

This is Sandy Seashells
and this is Tropical Noni
I like that you can take the pattern and make mermaids of all ethnicities.

Under the Sea

"Under the sea. Under the sea. Darling it's better down where it's wetter, take it from me. Up on the shore they work all day, out in the sun they slave away. While we devotin', full time to floatin'. Under the sea." I bought a pattern on etsy to make these adorable mermaids and this one here was my first creation using that pattern. I love making toys for my youngest daughter, so since she likes Ariel from the Little Mermaid, I thought I'd make her an Ariel inspired one. She looks more like the toddler version on the Little Mermaid with her pudgy belly and chubby cheeks. ❤

Catnip mouse

Upon completing my friend Cheryl's cats, she suggested I make a mouse filled with catnip. I love a challenge, so I went ahead and complied. Here is mousie, all filled with catnip.

My very first custom piece made with NO PATTERN!

I am patting my back and popping my collar. This Oregon Duck made for my girl, Kelli is my ver first custom piece made. Not just that, I DIDN'T USE A PATTERN! I just used a picture and went by eye. I am honestly proud of how it turned out. Thanks for the challenge, KJ!

Too cold for Popsicles? Never!

Thanks to Jennygurumi's free pattern for this cute popsicle, I decided to make my own. My daughter loves neapolitan ice cream, so I made her Amineko cat a treat. Check out Jenny's pattern here if you would like to make your own: http://jennygurumi.tumblr.com/post/42753812369/valentines-day-popsicle-amigurumi-free-pattern

Braina wants BRRRAAAIIINNNNSSSS

After a dry amigurumi spell, I concocted the idea of making a zombie amineko! I love zombies! I think it would be hard for me to kill them in a zombie apocalypse, but damn, it would be so much fun! 😉 Without further ado, here is BRAINna, the zombie girl amineko! She is adorable in her little jumper and boot. Check out the details of the brain and eyeball!

I have her for sale at my etsy if you're interested in purchasing her. Link over there...--->

Sushi, anyone?

I had made a sushi roll earlier which I made for my Uva, my Amineko cat. All these ideas started rushing in to my head! So when I was done with a friend's order, I made a couple more 'sushi' items. I made an onigiri, and a prawn, along with some wasabi. Man, I wanted to make so much more, but I started feeling tired and just took pictures, haha.

So here it is, my sushi alone and with three hungry cats.

Wow, I haven't posted here in ages! I do apologize to my followers. Life has just been crazy.

I will be transferring my posts from the Geekgurumi blog here now. That blog was a failure...wha, wha, wha. I apologize for the spam in advance.
